Homes for approximately 5,000 residents and jobs for approximately 4,000–5,000 people are being planned for the old industrial area. The city plan allows for the construction of a school, a sports field, and a daycare centre, as well as seamless pedestrian and cycling routes to the Aviapolis station and public transport stops.
