The Männistö residential unit for about 60 people is an extension to the old Rauhaniemi Hospital in Tampere.
The extension was designed to suit its surroundings and stand the test of time. Compliant with the requirements of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland, the complex has been designed carefully to meet the needs of 24-hour service housing. The building is connected by a tunnel to the transport and technical network of the Rauhaniemi area.
