The new office premises of Tuloskiinteistöt Oy in Turku, designed by us, were completed at the edge of the Turku Market Square, in the historic Maamiesten Kauppatalo in late 2022.
The starting point for the design was to create an interior that respects the quality and dignity of the building and serves the tenant as extensively as possible.
The office space was renovated to serve the needs of the company’s employees, and the facilities were updated to include meeting rooms, an impressive lobby, a break room and toilets.
Special attention was paid to lighting. For example, dimmable indirect lighting was used in most workspaces. The warm and natural atmosphere is further enhanced by oak veneer surfaces and a large green wall in the lobby.
The large windows of the office open up a magnificent view of the Turku Market Square, and are reminiscent of works of art in the space. The colour scheme and surface materials were chosen to reflect the classic theme of the building’s history and timelessness.
