We designed a residential building, a common courtyard, and a car park under the yard deck in Postipuisto, Pasila.
To make the flats brighter and more comfortable, the floor height of the building is higher than usual, which also allowed for the construction of mezzanines in the flats. The block’s joint playground and relaxation area is located on the yard deck, the design of which creates a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of vegetation. The vegetation also provides shelter for the flats on the deck level.
