We took part in a call for proposals for a high-quality, fresh hotel building that would fit in with its surroundings on a hotel plot in Kalasatama, next to the REDI shopping centre.
In the design, particular attention was paid to the volume and shape of the building, the façades, and the transport and logistics arrangements. The control of noise levels was also part of the competition proposal. Our design will be used as a basis for the land use planning of the block and the further design of the hotel.
