We are designing new residential apartments in the unique, coastal surroundings of Lehtisaari, Helsinki.
The clear-lined architecture of the new buildings and the classic material choices stand in perfect harmony with the existing building stock dating mainly from the 1960s. The first building to be completed, the Lehtisaaren Torni tower block, will be the highest building in the area. In the design, particular attention has been paid to sustainable construction; the lifecycle carbon footprint is smaller than that of a similar new block of flats.
