The block, consisting of Puuvillatehtaankatu 6 and Näsijärvenkatu 3, is located in a traditional setting near the Näsilinna palace.
The new buildings have been designed with respect for the identity of the area and the architecture takes many influences from the historic buildings of the area.
The block contains a total of six blocks of flats, two of which are reserved for senior housing. In the centre of the block is a shared courtyard for residents, with a car park below.
For example, the traditional roof shape has brought the eaves of the buildings to the same height as the surrounding buildings, creating spectacular loft apartments on the top floors.
