The Villenpuisto neighbourhood in Vasaramäki, Turku, comprises three tower blocks on a quiet and dignified location near the cemetery.
The premise for the planning process was found from the surrounding environment. The tranquil presence of the old cemetery, the hectic traffic on Uusimaantie, and the views of the Tähkäpuisto area had a strong impact on the design.

The Scandinavian, time-resistant design of the exterior architecture is manifested as light-coloured facades contrasted with dark accents that lighten the building mass. The impressiveness of the buildings is accentuated by the geometrically triangular shapes of the street-facing balconies.
