Mirai by Nirman – A New Landmark in Dhaka
Rising in Dhaka's Tejgaon district, Mirai by Nirman sets a new benchmark for international office construction and serves as an example of modern architecture that supports sustainable development.
Since 2018, ARCO has collaborated with Nirman International to design the landmark, overseeing everything from concept creation to detailed design.
The 138-meter-tall building will feature 30 above-ground floors and five basement levels for underground parking. It will house state-of-the-art office spaces, high-end café and restaurant services, lush rooftop gardens with pool areas, a car showroom, and versatile shared facilities.
A key focus of the project is on innovative construction methods and material optimization, enabled through wind tunnel testing. Sustainability is further emphasized with green rooftop gardens and high-performance double-glazed façades that enhance the working environment.
The tower’s identity is defined by a streamlined palette of high-quality curtain wall glazing, copper-inspired roof trusses, and flourishing greenery. The building’s shape also maximizes stunning views of Gulshan Lake.

ARCO is responsible for the principal design, interior design, landscape design, and BIM coordination. ARCO works within a multidisciplinary design network that includes leading engineers from Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. alongside expert consultants and suppliers from 15 different countries. The project is in the construction phase, and the building work is progressing on schedule.
