As Oy Soljan Sinfonia is the winning proposal of the 2020 land allocation competition, built in the vibrant residential area of Solja in Pirkkala.
The project is part of a complex of four blocks of flats, which also includes two town houses and underground parking. There are 41 flats in the building.
The architecture of the building is diverse and colourful, in line with the construction guidelines for the area. On the top floors, there are spectacular and tall loft apartments.
