PREPARED FOR THE AREA OWNED BY SPONDA. THE AREA IS LOCATED SOUTH OF AVIAPOLIS, NEAR THE AIRPORT.
The planning area is mainly residential, with central functions, offices and a day-care centre. The area will be bisected
by a new light railway and will retain the natural recreational area of Plootukallio at its centre. Parking in the area is mainly
provided in multi-storey car parks located close to the residential blocks, the roofs of which are also partly used by residents as block yards and for urban agriculture, etc.
