Tripla is one of the largest integrated commercial and residential blocks in the country.
The Tripla residential block consists of two 12-storey buildings on top of a base. The residential buildings of Tripla are characterised by the doorways along the central axis, which are of varying shapes and four residential floors tall. Between the buildings there is an open courtyard area, which serves as a semi-public residents’ park. The façades of the buildings follow the themes of the blocks on the base with slight variations.
The back and ends of the buildings are a variation on the regular façades of the central and station blocks. The courtyard façades consist entirely of glazed balconies of randomly varying depths, which make the entire façade lively and refreshing.
Each stairwell has rooftop terraces and sauna facilities with balconies. The flats are bright and spacious. The residential buildings have vertical access to the parking levels below and to the shopping centre.
