UNITY Helsinki offers versatile accommodation and work spaces in the vibrant area of Jätkäsaari in Helsinki.

Hotel rooms alone cannot provide solutions to the growing diversification of business travel and temporary accommodation needs. An employee arriving for a short assignment wants to find meeting facilities under the same roof as their workstation and accommodation.
In addition to work, it is essential that UNITY Helsinki also offers opportunities for relaxation, leisure and receiving personal guests. A cosy room, sauna facilities and a fitness centre provide entertainment for leisure time. You can sit on the balcony for your morning coffee and admire the expansive view. The courtyard is shared with the adjacent buildings. It has a charming design and harmonious atmosphere complemented by lovely vegetation.
UNITY Helsinki comprises 83 flats with loft-style rooms reaching a height of five metres. The flats include a mezzanine, lounge and kitchenette. Hotel-level services allow for a smooth everyday life during one’s stay.
Versatility and comfort were at the centre of the design of the interiors. The rooms had to be adequately equipped for temporary accommodation, while also providing space for relaxation and work. The technical building services had to meet the requirements of a compact space, including lighting and ventilation. The furniture had to fit the high level of the concept, adapting to different situations. The premises had to be able to accommodate both business and personal guests. If a guest wishes to work, they can move to the workstations downstairs or book a meeting room for meetings and conferences.
