The Aviabulevardi II office building in the Aviapolis business district near Helsinki Airport was completed at the end of November 2018.
The facilities are designed to be flexible, adaptable, and suitable for various uses. They can be used as office spaces, multi-function rooms, or a combination of both.

The seven-storey building has a black and white colour scheme, and its facade is largely made of glass. The tall and narrow rows of windows running in alternate rhythms give the viewer the impression of piano keys.

The rectangular form of the building is broken by the orange-framed bay window on the corner of the three upper floors. The same orange colour is also used in the imposing overhang above the main entrance, inspired by the distinctive form of the wing of a Saab 35 Draken fighter plane. In fact, there are several details in the building inspired by the world of aviation, such as the lines and lights on the floor of the lower lobby resembling runway guidance. The runway theme is also present in the building’s signage.
