The Järvenpää Boulevard Quarter is a hybrid development comprising four residential blocks, two office projects, a grocery store, and parking facilities. The lower floors of the residential development contain commercial and office premises connected to the quarter. The commercial premises form the shopfront of the quarter. In terms of restaurant facilities, the quarter is directly connected to the pedestrian street area of Järvenpää city centre, for example through street-level terrace areas. The outdoor recreational areas of the quarter are located on a raised yard deck, which is partly a semi-public space – the yard deck is freely accessible from Kävelykatu Janne via a stairway.
LEED environmental certification has been applied for for all office projects in the quarter.
Construction started in 2021, and a parking facility with a floor area of approximately 20,000 m² and 4,500 m² was completed in early 2024.
