BIM Coordination & Development

Quality assurance and coordination using building information models (BIM) is an essential part of our design process. Our information model coordinator compiles a composite model of all design disciplines, into which the current design situation of the different parties is updated throughout the project. The use of a composite model promotes communication between designers and prevents conflicts, saving time and costs during the construction phase.

In projects involving existing buildings, laser scanning can be used to generate initial models.

As a testament to the effectiveness of our work, our designs have won several Tekla BIM Awards.
